Terms of Services (i.e. Your Agreement)

By abiding to these terms, you fully understand and agree to the following:

• That the videos that are made available by Steve's Airshow Would for viewing online are made available for that purpose and that purpose alone,
• That the videos are available for your viewing pleasure only,
• That the videos are NOT PERMITTED to be used in any project, no matter what scale and no matter what it will be used for, without the expressed and written permission of Steven Holzinger (this includes music videos),
• That the videos are NOT PERMITTED to be distributed on any other site for any other reason whatsoever.  Examples of this include uploading any videos from Steve's Airshow World onto a dedicated video sharing site such as YouTube, MetaCafe, Break.com, Google Videos, MySpace Videos, and any other site that falls into the same context,
• That the videos, if granted permission and approval by Steven Holzinger, are to be used in any form, they must be given STRICT GUIDELINES in regards to how credit is given to the original owner of the videos, the creator of such project understands that he/she/they DO NOT OWN the rights to any video from Steven Holzinger/Steve's Airshow World used in said project,
• That the videos are NOT PERMITTED to be used on any other media source, i.e. DVD creation, for any reason whatsoever,
• That the video on any DVD produced and created by Steve's Airshow World remains on the DVD and that the owner of the purchased DVD is forbidden from ripping any video off the DVD for any reason whatsoever,
• That anyone who purchased a copy of any Steve's Airshow World DVD is forbidden to resell the DVD on any other website, including eBay, without prior permission and approval by Steven Holzinger.
