Payments
Steve's Airshow World utilizes a PayPal shopping cart for everything. PayPal offers a secure checkout, so when you check out, make sure the web address when you check out shows https://, which will indicate you are on a secure server (you will also notice a closed padlock in your browser, which will also indicate that it is a secure website). Please take note that you do not need a register a PayPal account to purchase anything in the Steve's Airshow World Store.
I highly recommend paying by credit/debit card, as it will help expedite shipping. You are welcome to pay using an E-check as well. Keep in mind that it is like paying with a check and I will ship the order when I receive confirmation that the check is cleared.
Please make all payments in US dollars.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping times for the orders will vary from time to time. I will do my best to see that your order is shipped out within a week (five business days) of receiving the invoice, unless otherwise noted. I will send you an e-mail stating when I am able to ship if I cannot make the shipping deadline - usually as a result of weather, being away, or a combination of other factors. I ship by the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the continental United States and I also use USPS for international shipments (it is labeled as Air Mail and I must fill out a Customs form). I do not keep an inventory of DVDs and they will be made as I receive the orders. In other words, the only things I keep inventory of are blank discs, empty cases, and paper for the case inserts. There is NO SUCH THING as being out of stock with Steve's Airshow World, unless something is meant to be a limited edition release and I would not be selling that item.
If you live outside the United States and Canada and want to purchase some DVDs, you are welcome to do so. However, you will be paying more for shipping, as shipping internationally costs considerably more than shipping within the United States. If you do want to order DVDs, it makes sense to place one larger order than several smaller orders, as you will save on the shipping in the long run.
With the US Dollar being as weak as it is, purchasing anything in USD might actually look more attractive for anyone outside the United States...
For customers located within the United States, it will usually take less than a week for your order to reach you. For international customers, the delivery time will vary depending on your location and can take at least a week or more to reach you. Your order is shipped by USPS Air Mail, and I have to fill out a customs form for your order. Simply put, the further you are from New Jersey, the longer it will take for the order to reach you.
You will receive an e-mail from me stating that the order has been shipped (though recently e-mails have not gone through for reasons beyond my control). This e-mail is utilized from the e-mail address I have tied my PayPal account into and I do not use that address for communication. As it states in the e-mail, do not reply to it, as it is not necessary to do so, unless specifically asked. I will, from time to time, confirm where it will be shipped to. I will write out the shipping address EXACTLY as I see it in the form.
Due to the current world situation, I am not able to ship to the following locations: Afghanistan, China, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Nigeria, North Korea, and Venezuela. Every other country, territory, principality, etc. is fair game.
The amount calculated in the shipping & handling constitutes the cost to ship the order, the costs for the shipping materials, as well as the time it takes to and from the post office (think gas).
Any further increases in shipping rates will be related to any additional shipping costs set forth by the United States Postal Service.
Compatibility
Each DVD will be burned and tested on several different DVD players to make sure it will be compatible with every DVD player in Region 1. Take note that the DVDs are encoded and can only be played on DVD players in Region 1 (United States and Canada). Those with multi-region DVDs might be able to play the DVD, however, I cannot guarantee that you will be able to play it.
Return/Defect Policy
All sales are FINAL. No returns will be accepted. If, for any reason the DVD becomes corrupted or unplayable within one year, e-mail me and I will send you a new copy. All you would pay would be the shipping and handling for the replacement DVD, which will be sent to you in a slim jewel case or a paper sleeve - whichever I have more of.
Remember that the DVDs are playable in Region 1 DVD players and there is no guarantee that they will play on all multi-region DVD players.
The DVD case does not fall under the defect rules.
Copyright, Agreement, and Privacy
Please keep in mind that when you purchase any Steve's Airshow World DVD, you agree that you will only use the DVD for personal use (playing on your computer, television, projector, etc.). Classroom and group presentation of these DVDs is also allowed, as well as presentation in a business environment (that means you are definitely allowed to show your coworkers what's on each DVD!). You are forbidden from ripping any video from the DVD and forbidden from copying any DVD, regardless of its usage, as it violates the copyright of the DVD and of Steve's Airshow World. If you would like to use any of the video on the DVD for any purpose not listed, feel free to contact me. If you would like to use any video for a class project, feel free to contact me, as I can provide you with a lower quality video for you to use. While you do own the DVD with the footage on it, I still retain the original copyright of that DVD and of that footage.
Any photographs you purchase are still copyrighted to Steven Holzinger and Steve's Airshow World, and contain that copyright on the back of each photograph/print you order. While this means that you own the physical photograph, you are not allowed to claim it as an original photograph of yours. You are free to mount them in frames for your own displays, use them in any collages, and anything related to that. You are also free to use them in any school-related project. If you are a publisher and would like to use any of my photographs, please contact me as there are different rates for publishing photographs than for purchasing them.
There are instances on the DVDs where photographs of others have been used. Those individuals have been contacted prior to the release of the DVD and have given verbal and/or written permission to myself and Steve's Airshow World for allowing usage of their photographs on the DVDs. These photographs appear on the actual DVD sleeve, the root menus, and/or the burned-on labels of the discs themselves. I would like to acknowledge Andrew DeMartini/FlyAwayPhotos, William Derrickson/Tarmac Photos, Steven King/Kings Media, David Kranak, Craig M. Scaling, Max Tribolet, and Nathan Truninger for their continuing help in the DVDs.
These copyright rules exist to protect you as well as to protect me. Scroll down for yet another disclaimer, which basically states the same thing as above.
PRIVACY POLICY: Your name, address, and e-mail address will NEVER be given to or sold to any third party electronic mail or snail mail mailing lists. I respect everyone's privacy and in return, I ask that you respect mine. Please, absolutely no solicitations of anything in any form of mail.

The format for the airshow DVDs is that each individual performance will be cut onto the DVD rather than clumping everything together. It will, however, be presented in the order that the act appeared, to some extent. There will be instances where certain acts will be omitted in their entirety, due to an inability to get an approval to include that act on the DVD, as well as instances where certain acts will be cut down to save space for other acts. Any instances of any incident that took place is not and will not be included, in respect to the friends and families of any affected parties, no matter the outcome of the incident.
Some airshow DVDs may have some acts combined, in order to reduce the number of titles on the disc.

However, any other footage not shot by Mr. Holzinger that is appearing on these DVDs is copyrighted to the original owner, who has given permission for the footage to appear on these DVDs. All aircraft are copyrighted by their respective manufacturers. Any music played by an airshow is copyrighted to the artists who recorded the music, and whose music was given permission to be played by the airshow as a result of a licensing payment made by the airshow to the respective recording labels. The objectives of the DVDs are to showcase air power at its best and educate you on the different types of aircraft flown by the armed services as well as the very best in aerobatic performers. Civillian performers on the DVDs have been notified of their performance and have given Steve permission and approval to appear on the DVD and will be given a DVD as a thank you for their help in creating that DVD. The hidden objective for the DVDs is to provide the viewer with the sense of "wow, I've got to see this act!" and promote the growth of airshow attendance through the world. All photographs on the front and back covers of the DVDs and on the discs themselves may not necessarily reflect the content on the DVD itself - it is merely used as a guide to what is on the DVD. All photographs used on the DVDs are copyrighted to the original owner, who has granted permission of use of their work on the DVD.
I want to thank the performers who have allowed me to use my video of them performing on Pulling Some Gs as well as those featured on Pulling More Gs. They have been provided a copy of the final product, free of charge.
There are NO PLANS for DVDs from any past airshows, aside from the ones available to purchase. However, all of the videos from those shows will appear on here as well as on YouTube, with some exceptions.
Some performances from those shows will be included on other DVDs.
Footage from the Gathering of Mustangs and Legends will not appear on any other DVD for legal reasons. However, all video from GML can be viewed, free of charge, by clicking here.
