Photographs

All photographs, unless otherwise stated, are copyrighted to Steven Holzinger and Steve's Airshow World.  You are welcome to save these photographs to your computer and use them for not-for-profit purposes only.  Examples of which include, but not limited to, personal computer desktop backgrounds, classroom assignments, reference files, and even slideshow videos on YouTube.  Basically, as long as you are not making any money off of the photograph, you are free to use it however you choose.  Please note, that out of respect, that you source the photographs back to Steve's Airshow World.

Videos

All videos that are found on Steve's Airshow World and on the Steve's Airshow World YouTube Channel are copyrighted to Steven Holzinger and Steve's Airshow World.  You are FORBIDDEN to use ANY VIDEO for any reason without written permission from Steven Holzinger.  You agree to the terms found on this page in regards to enjoying all of the videos Steve's Airshow World provides.

Any music played by an airshow is copyrighted to the artists who recorded the music, and whose music was given permission to be played by the airshow as a result of a licensing payment made by the airshow to the respective recording labels.  Therefore, no copyright infringement is occurring when the said music is being played over the airshow public address system.  If you would like to receive more information on this criteria, please contact the International Council of Air Shows.

DVDs

All Steve's Airshow World DVDs are copyrighted to Steven Holzinger and Steve's Airshow World, with specific photographic copyrights belonging to the original photographers.  No challenge of ownership of the aircraft, performers, companies, music, and persons mentioned in the DVDs is intended.  The footage on the DVDs was compiled by Steven Holzinger, and Mr. Holzinger owns all copyrights to the footage taken as well as the designs of the cases and labels.  However, any other footage not shot by Mr. Holzinger that is appearing on these DVDs is copyrighted to the original owner, who has given permission for the footage to appear on these DVDs.  All aircraft are copyrighted by their respective manufacturers.  Any music played by an airshow is copyrighted to the artists who recorded the music, and whose music was given permission to be played by the airshow as a result of a licensing payment made by the airshow to the respective recording labels.  Civillian performers on the DVDs have been notified of their performance and have given Steve permission and approval to appear on the DVD and will be given a DVD as a thank you for their help in creating that DVD.  All photographs on the front and back covers of the DVDs do not necessarily reflect the content on the DVD itself - it is merely used as a guide to what is on the DVD.  Photographers who have given written permission for their photographs to appear on any of the DVDs still retain the copyright to their photographs.

The background music found in the root menus is copyrighted to Clay Castle Recording and THREEWIRE Media, both of whom have given written permission for their custom works to appear on the DVDs.
